I don’t really drink coffee but always enjoy watching how a cup of coffee is made. What type of coffee beans? How are the beans grounded and roasted? What is the pressure and temperature of the water passing through? Every little detail is so important, not to just make a cup of coffee, but also a cup of love from the barista to each customer ... one cup at a time!
