Making drinks at home is like a meditation, at least for me, as I need to focus on everything from the ingredients to each process in order to craft my perfect cup of love.
Matcha Latte with rose Petal and Boba ... a creation of all my favorite ingredients into a cup. I made the Boba myself from raw Tapioca Pearls, put in boiling water for just a few minutes, let it sit, strained and coated with some honey and sugar. I mixed Almond Cashew Nut Milk with some sweetened condensed milk but if you want it dairy-free, make it hot and put some sugar in is fine too. Then I whisked Japanese Matcha Powder with a little of hot water just to dissolve it, poured into the cup of Almond Cashew Nut Milk with some ice cubes and topped with Rose Petals.
Now it's time to enjoy the rest of the day with my drink. Cheers!
