One of our recent custom orders is 8 Leather Door Tags for a boutique hotel in Wyoming.
They are 3" reversible round tags, made out of European Vegetable Tanned Leather in Natural color, with "Shh..." on one side and "Housekeeping" on the other.
First, we created the custom design draft with the font provided by the hotel. Once the design is approved, we started the production process by cutting and engraving the leather pieces. We glued the front and the back leather pieces together, then saddle stitched them together by hand, finished the edges and put the beige leather laces for door hanging.
